Scarola Vineyards truly is a family affair. While Frank Scarola is the proprietor, general manager and winemaker, he gets plenty of support from:

Donna Scarola – Frank's wife, Donna, sells Scarola wines throughout New York City's five boroughs and in Nassau and Suffolk counties.

Denice Scarola – Denice, Frank's sister-in-law, lives in California and helps Frank sell a small amount of his wine there.

Roman Roth – Roman is winemaker at Wolffer Estate, one of Long Island's finest wineries. Roman collaborates with Frank in the crafting of Scarola wines and oversees their production at Wolffer Estate.

Michael Scarola – Michael, Frank and Donna's elder son, is a student who helps out his parents at wine events.

Steven Scarola – Steven, Frank and Donna's younger son, is a student and musician, with his own website at www.pushplayrox.com. Steven helps out with harvesting and bottling.

Tommy Scarola – Tommy, Frank's cousin, helps out at local wine events.

Giacoma Scarola – Frank's mother is the family's matriarch and advisor.

Cosimo Scarola – Frank's late father continues to provide inspiration and guidance. Doing what his father loved to do – grow fruits and vegetables and make wine – makes Frank feel even closer to his dad. "I know he would be very proud," Frank says.
